SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ap2m1 (adaptor related protein complex 2 subunit mu 1, also called Mu2-adaptin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Ap2m1 qPCR Primer Set – adaptor related protein complex 2 subunit mu 1
Also known as: Ap50, Clapm1, mu2
About this gene: Ap2m1 enables low-density lipoprotein particle receptor binding activity and signal sequence binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of endocytosis; protein-containing complex assembly; and vesicle-mediated transport in synapse. Is active in glutamatergic synapse and synaptic vesicle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 116563; UniProt: P84092; Chromosome location: 11q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
