SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat M6pr (mannose-6-phosphate receptor, cation dependent, also called CD-MPR) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat M6pr qPCR Primer Set – mannose-6-phosphate receptor, cation dependent
About this gene: M6pr is predicted to enable retromer complex binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein targeting to lysosome. It is predicted to act upstream of or within secretion of lysosomal enzymes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 312689; UniProt: Q6AY20; Chromosome location: 4q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
