SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Abcd1 (ATP binding cassette subfamily D member 1, also called ALDP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Abcd1 qPCR Primer Set – ATP binding cassette subfamily D member 1
Also known as: ALDP, RGD1562128
About this gene: Abcd1 enables ATP binding activity; protein heterodimerization activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in very long-chain fatty acid catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 363516; UniProt: D3ZHR2; Chromosome location: Xq37
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
