SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Lrp2 (LDL receptor related protein 2, also called gp330) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Lrp2 qPCR Primer Set – LDL receptor related protein 2
About this gene: Lrp2 enables multiple functions, including PDZ domain binding activity; insulin-like growth factor I binding activity; and low-density lipoprotein particle receptor binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including endocytic hemoglobin import into cell; positive regulation of transport; and protein import.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29216; UniProt: P98158; Chromosome location: 3q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
