SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Litaf (lipopolysaccharide-induced TNF factor) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Litaf qPCR Primer Set – lipopolysaccharide-induced TNF factor
Also known as: EET-1, Pig7
About this gene: Litaf is predicted to enable multiple functions, including DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; WW domain binding activity; and zinc ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction; positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; and regulation of cytokine production. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cellular response to lipopolysaccharide and negative regulation of non-canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 65161; UniProt: P0C0T0; Chromosome location: 10q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
