SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Lime1 (Lck interacting transmembrane adaptor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Lime1 qPCR Primer Set – Lck interacting transmembrane adaptor 1
Also known as: RGD1562795
About this gene: Lime1 is predicted to enable protein kinase binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in B cell receptor signaling pathway. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including regulation of MAP kinase activity; regulation of intracellular signal transduction; and regulation of release of sequestered calcium ion into cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 362289; Chromosome location: 3q43
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
