SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Lhpp (phospholysine phosphohistidine inorganic pyrophosphate phosphatase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Lhpp qPCR Primer Set – phospholysine phosphohistidine inorganic pyrophosphate phosphatase
About this gene: Lhpp is predicted to enable inorganic diphosphate phosphatase activity; phosphatase activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in phosphate-containing compound metabolic process. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 361663; UniProt: Q5I0D5; Chromosome location: 1q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
