SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Lhcgr (luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor, also called LSH-R) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Lhcgr qPCR Primer Set – luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor
Also known as: LH/CG-R, LSH-R, LSHR, Lhr
About this gene: Lhcgr enables multiple functions, including ATPase binding activity; G protein-coupled peptide receptor activity; and identical protein binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; activation of adenylate cyclase activity; and positive regulation of calcium ion transmembrane transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25477; UniProt: P16235; Chromosome location: 6q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
