SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Anxa2 (annexin A2, also called p36) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Anxa2 qPCR Primer Set – annexin A2
Also known as: ANX2
About this gene: Anxa2 enables bone sialoprotein binding activity; phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate binding activity; and small GTPase binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of fibroblast proliferation; protein localization to plasma membrane; and response to thyroid hormone.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56611; UniProt: Q07936; Chromosome location: 8q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
