SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Lbp (lipopolysaccharide binding protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Lbp qPCR Primer Set – lipopolysaccharide binding protein
Also known as: Bpifd2
About this gene: Lbp enables lipopolysaccharide binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of macrophage activation; positive regulation of phagocytosis, engulfment; and response to ethanol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29469; Chromosome location: 3q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
