SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Laptm4b (lysosomal protein transmembrane 4 beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Laptm4b qPCR Primer Set – lysosomal protein transmembrane 4 beta
About this gene: Laptm4b is predicted to enable ceramide binding activity; enzyme binding activity; and phosphatidylinositol bisphosphate binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including endosome transport via multivesicular body sorting pathway; negative regulation of lysosomal protein catabolic process; and negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta1 production. Predicted to be active in lysosomal membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 315047; UniProt: Q5U1W4; Chromosome location: 7q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
