SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Anxa11 (annexin A11) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Anxa11 qPCR Primer Set – annexin A11
About this gene: Anxa11 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including S100 protein binding activity; calcium-dependent protein binding activity; and phospholipid binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in cytokinetic process; phagocytosis; and response to calcium ion. Predicted to be active in multiple cellular components, including nucleus; plasma membrane; and vesicle membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 290527; Chromosome location: 16p16
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
