SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Lamb1 (laminin subunit beta 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Lamb1 qPCR Primer Set – laminin subunit beta 1
Also known as: Lamb1-1
About this gene: Lamb1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including glycosphingolipid binding activity; integrin binding activity; and receptor ligand activity. Predicted to be an extracellular matrix structural constituent. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including neurogenesis; positive regulation of skeletal muscle acetylcholine-gated channel clustering; and substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 298941; Chromosome location: 6q16
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
