SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kremen1 (kringle containing transmembrane protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Kremen1 qPCR Primer Set – kringle containing transmembrane protein 1
Also known as: Kremen
About this gene: Kremen1 is predicted to enable transmembrane signaling receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of axon regeneration; negative regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway; and negative regulation of ossification. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 114107; UniProt: Q924S4; Chromosome location: 14q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
