SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Klhl24 (kelch-like family member 24, also called KRIP6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Klhl24 qPCR Primer Set – kelch-like family member 24
Also known as: Dre1
About this gene: Klhl24 is predicted to enable ubiquitin-like ligase-substrate adaptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in intermediate filament organization; proteasome-mediated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process; and protein autoubiquitination. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 303803; UniProt: Q56A24; Chromosome location: 11q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
