SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Anp32a (acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member A, also called LANP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Anp32a qPCR Primer Set – acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member A
Also known as: Anp32, LANP
About this gene: Anp32a enables integrin binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of plasma membrane bounded cell projection assembly and negative regulation of protein modification process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25379; UniProt: P49911; Chromosome location: 8q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
