SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kirrel1 (kirre like nephrin family adhesion molecule 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Kirrel1 qPCR Primer Set – kirre like nephrin family adhesion molecule 1
Also known as: Kirrel, Neph1
About this gene: Kirrel1 is predicted to enable cell adhesion molecule binding activity and myosin binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in cell-cell adhesion; cell-cell junction maintenance; and glomerular filtration. It is predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of protein phosphorylation; positive regulation of actin filament polymerization; and renal protein absorption.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 310695; UniProt: Q6X936; Chromosome location: 2q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
