SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kif23 (kinesin family member 23) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Kif23 qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 23
About this gene: Kif23 is predicted to enable ATP hydrolysis activity; microtubule binding activity; and microtubule motor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including mitotic cytokinesis; mitotic spindle midzone assembly; and positive regulation of cytokinesis. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm; microtubule; and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 315740; Chromosome location: 8q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
