SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kif22 (kinesin family member 22) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Kif22 qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 22
About this gene: Kif22 is predicted to enable ATP hydrolysis activity; microtubule binding activity; and microtubule motor activity. It is predicted to be involved in microtubule-based movement; mitotic metaphase chromosome alignment; and sister chromatid cohesion. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and microtubule.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 293502; UniProt: Q5I0E8; Chromosome location: 1q37
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
