SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ankzf1 (ankyrin repeat and zinc finger peptidyl tRNA hydrolase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ankzf1 qPCR Primer Set – ankyrin repeat and zinc finger peptidyl tRNA hydrolase 1
Also known as: RGD1359242
About this gene: Ankzf1 is predicted to enable RNA endonuclease activity and catalytic activity, acting on a tRNA. Predicted to be involved in cellular response to hydrogen peroxide; protein catabolic process; and rescue of stalled cytosolic ribosome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 363255; UniProt: Q66H85; Chromosome location: 9q33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
