SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kctd2 (potassium channel tetramerization domain containing 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Kctd2 qPCR Primer Set – potassium channel tetramerization domain containing 2
Also known as: RGD1566063
About this gene: Kctd2 is predicted to enable cullin family protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in proteasome-mediated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 498024; Chromosome location: 10q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
