SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kcnq4 (potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily Q member 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Kcnq4 qPCR Primer Set – potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily Q member 4
About this gene: Kcnq4 enables potassium channel activity. It is involved in negative regulation of dopaminergic synaptic transmission and potassium ion transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 298496; UniProt: Q9JK96; Chromosome location: 5q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
