SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kcnmb2 (potassium calcium-activated channel subfamily M regulatory beta subunit 2, also called VCA) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Kcnmb2 qPCR Primer Set – potassium calcium-activated channel subfamily M regulatory beta subunit 2
Also known as: Kcmb2
About this gene: Kcnmb2 enables potassium channel activity. It is predicted to be involved in detection of calcium ion; neuronal action potential; and potassium ion transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 294961; UniProt: Q811Q0; Chromosome location: 2q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
