Product Description

SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kcnj9 (potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 9) gene expression by real-time PCR.

Rat Kcnj9 qPCR Primer Set – potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 9

Also known as: Girk3, Kir3.3

About this gene: Kcnj9 enables PDZ domain binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in potassium ion import across plasma membrane and regulation of presynaptic membrane potential. Predicted to be active in parallel fiber to Purkinje cell synapse and presynaptic membrane.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 116560; UniProt: Q63511; Chromosome location: 13q24

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
