SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kcnj4 (potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 4, also called BIR11) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Kcnj4 qPCR Primer Set – potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 4
Also known as: Hirk2
About this gene: Kcnj4 enables inward rectifier potassium channel activity. It is involved in cellular response to mechanical stimulus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 116649; UniProt: P52190; Chromosome location: 7q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
