SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kcnj16 (potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 16) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Kcnj16 qPCR Primer Set – potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 16
Also known as: BIR9, Kir5.1
About this gene: Predicted to contribute to inward rectifier potassium channel activity. It is involved in potassium ion transport; regulation of pH; and response to carbon dioxide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29719; Chromosome location: 10q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
