SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kcnj13 (potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 13) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Kcnj13 qPCR Primer Set – potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 13
Also known as: Kir7.1
About this gene: Kcnj13 is predicted to enable potassium channel activity. Predicted to contribute to inward rectifier potassium channel activity. It is predicted to be involved in potassium ion import across plasma membrane and regulation of membrane potential.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 94341; UniProt: O70617; Chromosome location: 9q35
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
