SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kcnj10 (potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 10, also called BIR10) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Kcnj10 qPCR Primer Set – potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 10
About this gene: Kcnj10 enables identical protein binding activity and signaling receptor binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including membrane hyperpolarization; potassium ion import across plasma membrane; and response to corticosteroid.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29718; UniProt: P49655; Chromosome location: 13q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
