SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Kcnab1 (potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily A regulatory beta subunit 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Kcnab1 qPCR Primer Set – potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily A regulatory beta subunit 1
Also known as: KvBeta3
About this gene: Kcnab1 enables alcohol dehydrogenase activity; potassium channel regulator activity; and transmembrane transporter binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including myoblast differentiation; negative regulation of delayed rectifier potassium channel activity; and skeletal muscle organ development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29737; UniProt: P63144; Chromosome location: 2q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
