SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Jun (Jun proto-oncogene, AP-1 transcription factor subunit, also called c-Jun) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Jun qPCR Primer Set – Jun proto-oncogene, AP-1 transcription factor subunit
About this gene: Jun enables multiple functions, including DNA binding activity; DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; and HMG box domain binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to potassium ion starvation; positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription; and positive regulation of apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24516; UniProt: P17325; Chromosome location: 5q33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
