SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ajuba (ajuba LIM protein) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ajuba qPCR Primer Set – ajuba LIM protein
Also known as: Jub
About this gene: Ajuba is predicted to enable multiple functions, including actin filament binding activity; alpha-catenin binding activity; and transcription corepressor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including regulation of cellular response to hypoxia; regulation of gene expression; and regulation of intracellular signal transduction. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion; regulation of gene expression; and regulation of kinase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 85265; UniProt: Q5U2Z2; Chromosome location: 15p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
