SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Itgax (integrin subunit alpha X) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Itgax qPCR Primer Set – integrin subunit alpha X
Also known as: RGD1561123
About this gene: Itgax is predicted to enable receptor tyrosine kinase binding activity and signaling receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cell-cell adhesion mediated by integrin; integrin-mediated signaling pathway; and positive regulation of endothelial tube morphogenesis. It is predicted to act upstream of or within defense response to virus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 499271; Chromosome location: 1q37
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
