SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Insm2 (INSM transcriptional repressor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Insm2 qPCR Primer Set – INSM transcriptional repressor 2
About this gene: Insm2 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity. It is predicted to be involved in cell differentiation and regulation of DNA-templated transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 314131; Chromosome location: 6q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
