SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Inhba (inhibin subunit beta A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Inhba qPCR Primer Set – inhibin subunit beta A
About this gene: Inhba is predicted to enable multiple functions, including cytokine activity; identical protein binding activity; and type II activin receptor binding activity. Predicted to contribute to protein sequestering activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cell surface receptor signaling pathway; cellular response to decreased oxygen levels; and positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29200; UniProt: P18331; Chromosome location: 17q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
