SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ina (internexin neuronal intermediate filament protein, alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ina qPCR Primer Set – internexin neuronal intermediate filament protein, alpha
Also known as: Inexa, Intlaa, Nf66, alpha-Inx
About this gene: Predicted to be a structural constituent of postsynaptic intermediate filament cytoskeleton. It is involved in tissue regeneration. Is active in glutamatergic synapse; postsynaptic density, intracellular component; and postsynaptic intermediate filament cytoskeleton.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24503; Chromosome location: 1q54
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
