SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Il23a (interleukin 23 subunit alpha, also called IL-23-A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Il23a qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 23 subunit alpha
About this gene: Predicted to contribute to cytokine activity and interleukin-23 receptor binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of adaptive immune response based on somatic recombination of immune receptors built from immunoglobulin superfamily domains; positive regulation of lymphocyte activation; and regulation of cytokine production. Predicted to be active in extracellular region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 155140; UniProt: Q91Z84; Chromosome location: 7q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
