SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Il36g (interleukin 36, gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Il36g qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 36, gamma
Also known as: Il1F9, Il1f9, RGD1563019
About this gene: Il36g is predicted to enable cytokine activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to lipopolysaccharide; cytokine-mediated signaling pathway; and inflammatory response. It is predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of myoblast differentiation; negative regulation of myoblast fusion; and positive regulation of interleukin-6 production.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 499744; Chromosome location: 3p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
