SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Il36rn (interleukin 36 receptor antagonist) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Il36rn qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 36 receptor antagonist
Also known as: Il1F5, Il1f5
About this gene: Il36rn is predicted to enable cytokine activity and interleukin-1 receptor binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including antifungal humoral response; cellular response to lipopolysaccharide; and negative regulation of cytokine production. It is predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of interleukin-6 production.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 311783; Chromosome location: 3p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
