SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Il12rb1 (interleukin 12 receptor subunit beta 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Il12rb1 qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 12 receptor subunit beta 1
Also known as: Il12rb
About this gene: Il12rb1 is predicted to enable coreceptor activity; cytokine binding activity; and cytokine receptor activity. Predicted to contribute to cytokine receptor activity; interleukin-12 receptor binding activity; and interleukin-23 binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to cytokine stimulus; positive regulation of defense response to virus by host; and positive regulation of lymphocyte proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 171333; Chromosome location: 16p14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
