SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Htatsf1 (HIV-1 Tat specific factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Htatsf1 qPCR Primer Set – HIV-1 Tat specific factor 1
Also known as: RGD1563377
About this gene: Htatsf1 is predicted to enable RNA binding activity; chromatin-protein adaptor activity; and poly-ADP-D-ribose modification-dependent protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in U2-type prespliceosome assembly; double-strand break repair via homologous recombination; and protein localization to site of double-strand break. Predicted to be active in site of double-strand break.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 317612; Chromosome location: Xq36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
