SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Hspb1 (heat shock protein family B (small) member 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Hspb1 qPCR Primer Set – heat shock protein family B (small) member 1
Also known as: Hsp25, Hsp27
About this gene: Hspb1 enables ubiquitin binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to butyrate; cellular response to interleukin-11; and response to ischemia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24471; Chromosome location: 12q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
