SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Hspa8 (heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 8) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Hspa8 qPCR Primer Set – heat shock protein family A (Hsp70) member 8
Also known as: Hsc70
About this gene: Hspa8 enables multiple functions, including A1 adenosine receptor binding activity; ATP hydrolysis activity; and clathrin-uncoating ATPase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including brain development; intracellular protein transport; and protein-containing complex disassembly. It acts upstream of or within protein-containing complex disassembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24468; UniProt: P63018; Chromosome location: 8q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
