SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Hsd17b3 (hydroxysteroid (17-beta) dehydrogenase 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Hsd17b3 qPCR Primer Set – hydroxysteroid (17-beta) dehydrogenase 3
About this gene: Hsd17b3 enables estradiol 17-beta-dehydrogenase [NAD+] activity and testosterone dehydrogenase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including Leydig cell differentiation; response to fungicide; and response to herbicide. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 117182; UniProt: O54939; Chromosome location: 17p14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
