SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Hsbp1 (heat shock factor binding protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Hsbp1 qPCR Primer Set – heat shock factor binding protein 1
Also known as: Hsp25
About this gene: Hsbp1 is predicted to enable identical protein binding activity. It is involved in muscle contraction. Predicted to be active in cytosol and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 286899; UniProt: Q8K3X8; Chromosome location: 19q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
