SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Hps6 (HPS6, biogenesis of lysosomal organelles complex 2 subunit 3, also called Ru) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Hps6 qPCR Primer Set – HPS6, biogenesis of lysosomal organelles complex 2 subunit 3
Also known as: Hsp6
About this gene: Hps6 is predicted to enable AP-3 adaptor complex binding activity; GTP-dependent protein binding activity; and small GTPase binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in lysosome localization and protein localization to membrane. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including blood coagulation; lipid homeostasis; and protein secretion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 309446; UniProt: Q7M733; Chromosome location: 1q54
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
