SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Hif1a (hypoxia inducible factor 1 subunit alpha, also called HIF-1alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Hif1a qPCR Primer Set – hypoxia inducible factor 1 subunit alpha
Also known as: HIF1-alpha, MOP1
About this gene: Hif1a enables sequence-specific DNA binding activity and ubiquitin protein ligase binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to decreased oxygen levels; positive regulation of angiogenesis; and regulation of gene expression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29560; UniProt: O35800; Chromosome location: 6q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
