SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Alox5ap (arachidonate 5-lipoxygenase activating protein, also called FLAP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Alox5ap qPCR Primer Set – arachidonate 5-lipoxygenase activating protein
About this gene: Alox5ap enables enzyme binding activity and identical protein binding activity. Contributes to arachidonate 5-lipoxygenase activity. It is involved in leukotriene biosynthetic process; lipoxygenase pathway; and positive regulation of acute inflammatory response.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29624; UniProt: P20291; Chromosome location: 12p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
