SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Hadhb (hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase trifunctional multienzyme complex subunit beta, also called TP-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Hadhb qPCR Primer Set – hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase trifunctional multienzyme complex subunit beta
Also known as: TP-beta
About this gene: Hadhb enables acetyl-CoA C-acyltransferase activity. It is involved in fatty acid beta-oxidation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 171155; UniProt: Q60587; Chromosome location: 6q14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
