SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Hadha (hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase trifunctional multienzyme complex subunit alpha, also called TP-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Hadha qPCR Primer Set – hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase trifunctional multienzyme complex subunit alpha
Also known as: MLCL AT, RGD1560655
About this gene: Hadha enables multiple functions, including 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydratase activity; heterocyclic compound binding activity; and long-chain-3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase activity. It is involved in fatty acid beta-oxidation and response to xenobiotic stimulus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 170670; UniProt: Q64428; Chromosome location: 6q14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
