SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Gzmk (granzyme K) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Rat Gzmk qPCR Primer Set – granzyme K
About this gene: Gzmk enables serine-type peptidase activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including complement activation, GZMK pathway; opsonization; and positive regulation of release of cytochrome c from mitochondria. Predicted to be active in extracellular region and symbiont cell surface.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29165; UniProt: P49864; Chromosome location: 2q14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
